Complete is the sign-off state with results, datasets, and a witnessed notebook entry. Archived is long-term storage with full chain-of-custody preserved.
Every status change is timestamped, attributed to a lab member, and captured in the audit log. Filter by status, owner, project, or protocol to focus on what matters right now.

Sign off and archive
