Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required. It is designed for students starting their first research project and includes 1 active project, 25 Research Agent runs per month, and 50 sources in your library.
Do you offer student discounts?
The Student Pro plan is already priced for students at $4.99 per month. For institution-wide deployments or research groups, contact us about Researcher plan bulk pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and Paystack (for African customers). Bank transfer and regional pricing are available for select countries on the Researcher plan.
What happens if I hit my plan limit mid-month?
Your research never stops. You can either wait for the next billing cycle to reset, or top up your wallet with pay-as-you-go credits at any time. No project is ever locked.
Can my supervisor view my work without paying?
Yes. Reviewers and supervisors you invite do not need a paid plan. They can read, comment, and join live meetings on your project using a free reviewer account.
